Capabilities
What we do.
Every project is different — here's what we bring to the table.
Boardroom AV
Typical pricing: Half-day from $1,200
Our core service: reliable, clean AV for executive meetings and panel discussions.
Typical setup:
- Display: 65-inch or 85-inch 4K monitor on adjustable stand (HDMI, USB-C, wireless screen share)
- Audio: Shure MXA910 ceiling array mic or tabletop boundary mics for boardroom clarity
- Zoom rig: PTZ camera + codec + microphone integrated — joins as a single Zoom device
- Presentation: HDMI passthrough or wireless AirPlay/Miracast for presenters
We set up before your meeting and strike after. No technical staff required on-site during the meeting itself for standard setups.
All-Hands Support
Typical pricing: Quarterly packages from $3,500
For teams that run regular all-hands meetings, we build a reliable, reproducible setup:
- Same equipment, same configuration, same crew for each event
- PA scaled for the room (up to 50 attendees in a single-room format)
- Presenter mics (lavalier or handheld), confidence monitor, clicker
- Hybrid: audience in-room + Zoom/Teams bridge for remote attendees
- Recording: clean audio recording + screen capture for async playback
After three events, the setup is completely dialed. Fourth event and beyond: 30-minute setup instead of 90.
Panel Discussions
Typical pricing: Panel packages from $1,800
Panel discussions are our favorite format — multiple speakers, a moderator, a live audience, and optionally a remote audience on Zoom.
Typical panel setup:
- 4–6 lavalier or table mics (Shure ULXD)
- Separate mute control for each panelist (hardware mute buttons at the table)
- Moderator handheld or clip mic
- Zoom bridge for remote panelists or audience
- Recording: ISO tracks per mic for clean post-production
We can run a panel for 50 in-room attendees without a PA if the room is small enough — we’ll assess on-site and use what’s appropriate rather than over-engineer it.
When We're Not the Right Fit
We’re a small shop and we’re honest about our scope:
We refer to Cascade Production Group for:
- Events over 100 attendees
- Multi-day conferences with parallel breakout tracks
- Theatrical lighting, staging, or full production requirements
- Product launches or concerts requiring moving lights and stage builds
- Anything requiring a production manager on-site for multiple days
Cascade Production Group runs full-service production in Seattle for events 300–1500+ pax. They’re good and they’ll give you a straight assessment.
If you’re not sure whether your event is in our scope, describe it and we’ll tell you honestly. We’d rather refer you correctly than take a project that stretches beyond what we do well.
