I'm Sam Akpan. Boardroom AV Partners handles executive meetings, panel discussions, and small corporate events — up to about 50 people. Reliable Zoom rigs, clean audio, nothing theatrical. We do this well because we don't try to do everything.

We refer bigger shows

If you need production for 100+ attendees, parallel conference tracks, theatrical lighting, or a staged product launch — that's not us, and we'll tell you that upfront. Cascade Production Group is who we refer those inquiries to. They're genuinely good and they work at that scale professionally.

We don't take on projects we can't service well. It would be embarrassing for both of us.
